Villages of Laʻiʻōpua is a sustainable affordable community of 116 LEED for Homes Gold certified rent with options to purchase single-family homes.
Phases 1 and 2 consist of 27 two bedroom, 44 three bedroom and 13 four bedroom homes. Phase 3 will consist of 23 three bedroom and 9 four bedroom homes. The homes will be available to families with incomes at 60% or less of the average median income of the County of Maui.
