Miguel Saenz

Miguel brings more than 20 years experience, negotiating and financing real estate transactions in affordable housing in Hawaii and California. His recent work with Urban Housing Communities (UHC), includes acquisition and finance of 4 new affordable housing communities in Hawaii. Prior to UHC, as Vice President of Acquisitions at SunAmerica Affordable Housing Partners, his responsibilities included marketing SunAmerica’s affordable housing programs including origination, negotiations and closing of the tax credit transactions in accordance with the tax law and accounting principles. He was involved in the acquisition of $350 million of low-income tax credits in the State of California and Hawaii. Prior to SunAmerica, Miguel served as Account Officer in the Real Estate Group of Wells Fargo Bank where he managed a complex portfolio of construction and commercial loans for the largest Real Estate developers in the nation.
